The Official Investment Opportunities Bulletin is conceived as the official internal instrument for the publication and allocation of investment opportunities generated through the Medici network. The model clearly distinguishes information that may be made public from information reserved for members, qualified persons and, for the most sensitive data, the Confidential Data Room.
Public Index
The Public Investment Opportunity Index is the version intended for the website. For each opportunity it shows only the essential elements: code, category, general area, investment band, form of collaboration, maturity stage, deadline and public status.
It does not identify owners, companies, artworks, precise addresses, advisers, confidential valuations or any other element capable of revealing protected information.
Reserved Edition
The Reserved Monthly Bulletin provides the information framework required to analyse opportunities: the monthly register, uniform opportunity record, maturity stage, available documentation, critical issues, expression-of-interest deadline and priority procedures.
The model also provides specialist supplements for works of art and collections, as well as for prestigious and historic properties.

Sensitive data released only after identification, reputational and financial-capacity checks and, where required, execution of a confidentiality agreement.

Urgent or exceptionally confidential opportunities circulated only to a defined group and subject to specific authorisation.
Opportunity maturity stages
Expression of Interest
Under the Reserved Bulletin model, an expression of interest is valid only if sent to the official email address of the Supreme Magistrate. Oral communications, informal messages or direct communications to a Vicar, Ambassador or proponent do not create priority.
The request must identify the opportunity by its unique code and indicate, among other elements, the investing entity, indicative financial capacity, proposed form of participation and the request for access to reserved documentation.

The attached template shows the structure of the information that may be published on the website without disclosing confidential data. Publication in the Index does not constitute an invitation to negotiate, an offer of securities or property, or a guarantee that the opportunity remains available.
